Bikram yoga is a system developed by Bikram Choudhury based on traditional Hatha Yoga. Classes have a duration of 90 minutes and consist of a series of exercises or postures in a conditioned room at 40 °C. Their benefits are for example the increased

flexibility or balance blood pressure. It is not an activity without risk since the conditions of excessive heat and humidity can result in dehydration and cardiac complications.
